this is for those of you who agonize and stress over that unhealthy dinner you had last night, or that slice of cake that you ate at your friend’s party. this is me after two weeks of not really watching what i eat at all. hell, i went to chicago and ate a DEEP DISH PIZZA. that’s right. in fact, last night i even ate a ton of brie. and not to sound cocky, but i think i still look damn good. my abs aren’t quite as defined, but they are still there after two weeks of indulgence & no time at the gym!
one or two (or eight) meals aren’t going to blow everything you worked for. i promise. that doesn’t mean you have free reign to eat what you want, but if you binge or get off track with your diet, relax. drink a glass of water & let it go.
